  • Biography

Petulante is the only son of the legendary Arrogate standing in New York. A Grade 3 winner, he was a consistent performer, never finishing off the board in his seven career starts. Arrogate, widely regarded as one of the best horses of his generation, captured major victories in the 2016 Travers Stakes (G1) at Saratoga, the Breeders’ Cup Classic, the Pegasus World Cup Invitational, and the Dubai World Cup. Petulante is out of the graded stakes-placed Uncle Mo mare, Aunt Jenn, and is a half-brother to the active stakes-winning gelding, The Donegal Clan, who has won the Lafayette Stakes and most recently finished second in the Delta Mile Stakes. Petulante’s pedigree is built for success, combining the brilliance of Arrogate with the speed and stamina of Uncle Mo.
